My (man)bag of tricks

These are tips I found, either by accident or otherwise to help sustain some happiness. I don’t always remember to use them, but perhaps it’s useful to list them.

  • Write down postive experiences with enough detail that you actually relive them
  • Re-read your positive experiences
  • Exercise or be out in nature
  • Do something social, preferably someone you know and like is included
  • Write in detail about a really good relationship you’ve had
  • Don’t deny attraction (notice it) and follow it
  • Take risks
