These are tips I found, either by accident or otherwise to help sustain some happiness. I don’t always remember to use them, but perhaps it’s useful to list them.
- Write down postive experiences with enough detail that you actually relive them
- Re-read your positive experiences
- Exercise or be out in nature
- Do something social, preferably someone you know and like is included
- Write in detail about a really good relationship you’ve had
- Don’t deny attraction (notice it) and follow it
- Take risks
